Jennifer Hollister, is the team visionary. Her main focus is to build an elite real estate team that delivers astounding results by positively impacting people. Hiring and training team members who fit the culture and who have high standards is the way she meets that big vision.
 
In relationship with every team member, she looks for people who crave accountability and who are self-motivated. From there, the sky is the limit.
 
Her example to do the right thing, be honest, and have integrity are the hallmarks to her leadership style. She loves to teach the Code of Ethics at the Greater Harrisburg Board of REALTORS. Jennifer has personally trained dozens of highly successful REALTORS throughout her career.

Jennifer Kuntz (JK), is the team integrator. She focuses on the balance of sales growth with the level of services offered. JK has a passion for training the sales team utilizing our consultative approach. She believes that asking questions, listening and then offering guidance is the best way to meet the individuals needs of every client.
 
JK guides the Seller's Department. As shown in Bright Multi-List, our listed homes sell much faster and for a lot more money than the market average. Our proven marketing plan and strategic analysis of each property is the key to making our listings stand out.
 
Utilizing her 15+ years of experience to strategize for her clients, she teaches the sales team how to be ethical and win in competing offer situations.
Sales
 
Our sales team must complete 75 hours of state education and 150 hours of intensive JHG training before they start working with clients. The first ten sales are handled with close supervision and they all have 24/7 access to the leadership team. Upon completion, the sales team have honed their skills in home valuations, market inventory and negotiations to a level where they are selling, on average, 2-3 homes per month. Honesty, teamwork, communication and accessiblity are the four cornerstones to our sales team.

Our Story

The Jennifer Hollister Group is a woman-owned and operated business. "The Jennifers," Hollister and Kuntz, met in the early 2000's when JK was looking for a home with her family. She joined Jennifer Hollister in 2008, right when the housing market crashed. They learned that no matter what the circumstances are, people will always need compassionate help either buying a home or selling a home. They formed the Jennifer Hollister Group in 2015. Their greatest accomplishment to date, having a culture where teamwork, compassion and gratitude are the main ingredients. Both owners have a Bachelor's degree in marketing. They learned how to build the business through years of training with some of the most respected coaches in real estate.
